Agra is a timing puzzle. The Taj Mahal at sunrise is a different building from the Taj at noon — softer light, thinner crowds, cooler walks. Book the earliest slot, then use the saved hours for Agra Fort and Mehtab Bagh's across-the-river sunset view, which most day-trippers never reach.
